My heat went off on Saturday and I couldn't get anyone to call me back even the people who had serviced my furnace a couple of years ago. I checked Yelp for excellent reviews and I was able to find this business. Ryan called me back and was so honest and forthright and told me there was no reason to pay for an emergency service call because none of the parts places were going to be open until Monday anyway. First thing Monday he contacted me and had already contacted every supplier to see if they could find the part for my furnace. While on the phone he walked me through some of the things I could do to troubleshoot to determine which part of the Furnace wasn't working and was causing me the problem. I took a video and sent it to him and he told me all the things I should check and we tried all different things including turning off the furnace, putting the fan on, even trying to air conditioning to see which motor was having the issue and he knew immediately what the problem was (he sais has been in business over 20 years.) Over the last couple of days I think Ryan has probably spent almost an hour on this without one bit of billing just to be sure that we understood what the problem was! I can't say enough about his patience, professionalism and knowledge. He could have easily charged me for an emergency after hours visit. I'm still waiting for three other companies that I called to call me back. They are coming this afternoon to install a very difficult to find part. I am surprised and delighted with this level of customer service because they truly have gone above and beyond! One of the people who finally called me said that I was going to need a new furnace that my furnace was too old to work on. I'm happy to be able to recommend people who go out of their way to provide excellence!
The staff is very polite, knowledgeable about furnace systems, and punctual. They resolved an issues with my zone system that another company had not been able to fix in 6 months of trying. Can I give them more than 5 stars?
The best hvac company in the East bay! Starting with the kind and generous lady behind the phone. She is great at answering anything and always helps with accommodations. The service is fast and easy for the client! They are the best I've seen!
