4127 Cahuenga Blvd, Toluca Lake“At age 66 this is my first time doing any real fitness training. I was always an outside work out person or took yoga classes. But I decided that I needed to round out my fitness routine and was referred to The Nomad Gym by my physical therapist after a minor injury.
I am so glad I found The Nomad Gym-it is perfect and has far exceeded my expectations. Every week my trainer, Allie, comes up with something different. It is never boring, always something I can handle (even if I think I can't) and serious but oh so friendly, welcoming and down to earth. The Nomad Gym is wonderful!!“

There was a lot of practical experience that I appreciated but also a big focus on following our intuition.I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking to get certified for Reiki!“
“Love this studio and being able to efficiently get a unique, full-body workout in half an hour. The instructors are all very knowledgeable. Parking is easy in a garage with validation. Benches are convenient and have phone chargers. Don't forget to bring grippy socks! Grippy socks and water are available for purchase if you forget.“
“I visit all yoga box Studios in San Diego, currently the one I visit the most is the one in Chula Vista. They recently opened and I really like Robert’s flow. His classes are very intentional, you are not only working out, you’re also leaving there with inspiration and a positive outlook. Another reason why I love the practice.“

I plan to keep visiting CP WeHo fur months to come.“

9AM - 6:30PM
14342 Ventura Boulevard, Sherman Oaks“I've been taking both prenatal yoga and Aqua Mamas classes with Georgina at Two Hearts Yoga since around 14 weeks of this pregnancy. I absolutely love how Georgina runs her prenatal yoga classes. Her flows and poses feel safe and supportive for our growing bodies and babies, but they aren't overly easy and still feel challenging. She encourages you to modify depending on how you feel and I always leave class feeling strong and empowered - exactly what I want and need as I prepare for this birth. The Aqua Mamas classes are just heavenly. They take place in a heated pool in an oasis that is her back yard. We use pool "weights", bands, and noodles during class. Similar to her yoga classes there is room for you to modify and get a good workout or take it easy and just enjoy stretching and being buoyant in the water. Class sizes are intimate and on the smaller side. It's a treasure to be surrounded by other pregnant women sharing stories, milestones, or just our latest aches and pains! I'm in my 39th week now - still taking yoga at Two Hearts and still feeling great. I attribute that to moving, stretching, and feeding off of the strong feminine energy that permeates her classes.“

945 S Bedford St, Los Angeles“Well this the first time I’ve ever done this and it was amazing. The way she was spot on with so many things in my life. I was really locked in with what she had to say. I didn’t tell her anything about me and the accuracy of the things that she was talking about was 87 to 93% accurate. I would definitely recommend trying this out if you’re interested and even if you’re not, you might be surprised I’ll definitely be back thanks a lot.“

“I was looking for a way to increase my flexibility and prevent injuries as I get older, and I found it in Yoga NoHo Center's Hot Yin classes, especially with April. I feel renewed after each class. Not to mention, I'm standing up straighter and moving and bending with more ease than I have done in years. I highly recommend the Hot Yin classes. If you're able to have class with April, her gentle practice and soothing cadence is like being wrapped in the warm embrace of Gaia herself!“
