Love this yoga studio the true far-infrared is the best ever and they also have non-heated classes and specially classes like sound bath and kundalini. The teachers are wonderful and it’s just a great community.

A very loving, peaceful space; teachers are so skilled and they all have the awareness and understanding on how to assess the different levels of their students in order to make the proper harmonious flow. I have been a student at YogaNoho for over two years now and I am so fortunate to have discovered this beautiful community to practice yoga and meet some wonderful yogis!

Yoga NoHo Center with Karen Russell is a true gem. Karen's Hot Gentle Flow class strikes the perfect balance between challenging and restorative. With the gentle healing of Far Infrared heated panels, the room is heated to a comfortable degree upwards of a 100.Ultimately it was a deeply refreshing experience, super soulful, and all around good vibes. Yoga NoHo has great karmic energy, thanks in part to the welcoming environment, communal, and friendly.
