My walk-in freezer door wouldn't close because of ice accumulation. I called Air Max OC and they said that it was the frame heater that was bad. They ordered one, returned two days later, defrosted the ice, and installed the heater. Now my door shuts properly again

I came home from work to find my heater not working. I called Air Max OC, and they arrived within the time window. The technician was friendly and helpful.
