After three attempts and a report to the BBB for no show, the technician finally got here to do a maintenance on my furnace, he did a good job and since my furnace is 20 yrs old he recommended a new one.

My technician Jesus, was very thorough and explained every part of the heater and its function. He also explained, in detail, what the normal ranges of parts operation and how my heater parts were functioning. Great job! Excellent method of servicing equipment ?

My service started on Nov 15th when our heater started blowing air and wouldn't stop. It took 2 different appointments after a no-show for the 1st technician to arrive. He fixed the issue (heat returned) and left. 2 hours later it started blowing air again. We called back and they set another appointment for 2 days later. After a few no shows and many calls later, we got our 2nd tech to come 4 days later. This time, we got a different diagnosis, pressure build up causing overheating in the unit leading to a trigger switching the air to blow continously. 2nd tech said there was another part that needed for a switch replacement.
