John Renteria was our tech. He was on time, professional, and friendly. He did everything he was supposed to do and then some. He explained everything in detail and made sure we did not have any questions before he left.

My mom unknowingly flushed her wedding ring down the toilet. After hiring 2 other plumbers to see if the ring may still be in the pipes, no useful help was given. Then I called Dial One Sonshine, who sent Eric Y. who arrived in a little over an hr. I was amazed how fast he arrived and came w/ a specialized scope/HD color camera he sent to the end of our mainline to where the city plumbing begins. He was so knowledgeable, courteous, and hard working. He also checked the sink drain. Eric went above and beyond his call of duty.
