I had a great experience with Dial One. This is the second maintenance trip that they have done and both times, they were super professional and found things that were really in need to fixing. These guys found the mistakes made by prior contractors and handymen. Yesterday, Jesse, Kalani and Senior, discovered a dangerous gas leak in my Rheem tankless water heater. They did a full replacement that day. Such a professional operation. These guys charge a little more than other firms but they are also the best that I have worked with. I will keep using them since they constantly exercise good judgment and are honest. Nice work!!
