Called on Thursday when my furnace experienced an issue. Richard came on Friday and was able to repair inside 30 minutes with the right parts and a safety check. Very professional! I thought that the charges were very reasonable.

Contacted Klondike Air after having a different heating and ac company come look at my unit. The other company told me I have a Sears Kenmore unit which is no longer repairable. The other company wanted to charge me for a brand new unit, $1000's. Andrew, the owner, had Jamison schedule an appointment for me with Richard. All I can say is excellent!!!! Richard came out, diagnosed the problem and let me know that the unit was still under warranty. Klondike Air installed a new HVAC in our home and we are 100% satisfied with their service! Everyone I dealt with - the office staff, the installers, and the Owner himself was great to deal with - they were all knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and responsible. They respected my newly remodeled home which I really appreciated. When the installation was completed, the Owner, Andrew, personally came out to inspect everything before he requested final payment, I was very impressed and grateful!
