The repair required parts that had to be ordered so a second appointment was scheduled for the following week. Again, Richard arrived on time and completed the job in less than an hour. “Our washing machine and kitchen was draining slowly so it was time to have our clean out snaked. I contacted Coast Plumbing via their website chat. Within a few minutes, I was contacted twice to find out what type of service I needed. I was scheduled for service later that afternoon. Tommy came out to assist. He provided me with separate estimates for manually snaking the clean out, camera check and hydrojet cleaning (which included the post camera check). We opted for the hydrojet cleaning, which turned out to be the best and most efficient solution. Otherwise, we would have had to spend more time and money doing all three because of the grease buildup. Within 15 minutes, Tommy's partner showed up with the hydrojet machine. Tommy was very responsive and helpful. He was professional throughout and he showed me the camera view after the hydrojet process, showing each five foot increment of our sewer drain.
