“I was referred to Klondike by an acquaintance in the HVAC business for service/repair to the heating system in my mobile home. From my initial contact to completion of the job, everything was top notch. I was able to schedule a diagnostic appointment for the next day and the technician (Richard) arrived on time and was able to quickly identify the problem. The repair required parts that had to be ordered so a second appointment was scheduled for the following week. Again, Richard arrived on time and completed the job in less than an hour. Overall, I had an excellent experience and highly recommend Klondike.“

We had a pinhole leak during afterhours and contacted several plumbers who dragged their feet getting back to us. Orange Coast sensed our urgency and connected us with Bobby help us shut off the water in our unit. “I called Orange County Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning to replace very old toilets. Niguel Water District advised me that I was leaking water during early morning hours, they felt it was being caused by a toilet, but I decided to replace two out of the three toilets that were bad. I am currently awaiting the next toilet install, then OCPH&AC will schedule a water leak detection crew to determine where the leak is occurring. Two of the toilets being replaced are thirty-four years old and had issues. Now awaiting the next steps.

I will continue to use their services in the future and continue to recommend them.“

“We had the most amazing experience with Rooter Hero Plumbing! Our 50 year old plumbing system decided to retire without authorization and backed up (you can imagine what) into our new bathroom and toilets. Emergency call and Rooter was there in 3 hours. “Adam and his team are awesome! We own a business and have a very old walk-in cooler. The compressor and condenser finally gave out and the box itself needed a lot of repair. Another company we had been using dragged their feet on getting us solutions and a quote for the work. As a business that depends on the operation of this cooler to function, it was unacceptable. That’s how we found Air Max and Adam was super fast and responsive and helped us come up with a solution to quickly repair the box and install the new equipment. The cooler is working like a champ now and they followed up to make sure everything was perfect after the installation. They also helped us out with some issues we’d been having with our HVAC units.
