“We have used ComForCare for 24/7 care for my elderly mom for many years. Brian has consistently provided the highest level of service and care. Any time there is an issue of any kind, he is on it. He communicates very well, and always interacts personally with his clients. He is always available, and gets right back to me with a solution. We have been very happy with his caregivers as well. He takes the time to know every one of them well, and really makes an effort to get the perfect fit for every client. He handles everything with grace, and is always calm and pleasant. I travel a lot these days, but can rest assured that my mom is in good hands.“

In your case it sounds like you didn't perceive the message clearly and u provoked the personally. Home health are classified as intermittent meaning NOT LONG TERM so the referring physicians will submit Auth not knowing Medicare guidelines. It is a necessity or conveyance? They need Out patient rehab ..after sessions are completed and patient is discharged by the physical therapist .. so u should know there name“

“My family has employed Comfort Keepers for over a year and their caregivers have consistently provided excellent support and care. They are professional, caring, patient, friendly, and they are skilled in meeting specific needs of the patient. We currently have one specific caregiver but we have utilized a couple different caregivers in the beginning before we had a set schedule. I received Comfort Keepers phone number from Medicare, and I'm glad I chose this company!“

“I can't say enough about this company. My dad has been in and out of the hospitals for the past 8 months and after his initial discharge, we were assigned to a care provider based in L.A. by the care facility. They were always either late or miss the appointments and my Dad situation got worse under their care to a point that had to go back to the hospital. By chance and through a 3rd party, I was referred to this company. After switching to Unified Care, I could not believe the difference between the service they offered compared to the previous one. From day one, one of their Nurses, (Mrs. Manijeh) rightfully diagnosed (later verified by the doctor) that a back wound he had been treated for, was the wrong diagnosis for that wound. It took one visit from her versus 4 months under care of the other company's nurse. After that, the other nurses, Mrs. Mehry and specially Mrs. Mahin who has been attending to his post-surgery wound vacuum and is getting better every day. She even came on the Memorial day holiday, because she did not want to miss his routine change of his wound. This company and their staff are like angels That I needed to help me with my Dad's situation. I should also mention the administrator person, Mrs. Shohreh; who is always great and pleasant and arranges all the appointments without any hassle. Something I never experienced with the other company. If you are looking for a professional and reliable Home health services, don't waste your time by going anywhere else. This comes from my painful and long experience with other company.“

Apex Home, Hospice, and Home Care is an Excellent Company !
I am Mark and I’ve been taking care of my Aunt and Uncle since 2021. I first reached out to Apex and manager Tess in 2021 to spend a couple of hours a day with them and Make sure they were taking their Medication. In 2023 I had to move both of them into Memory Care, and within a month I had to go to Texas for 3 months. So, I again called Tess at Apex to arrange care for over 8hrs a day, for several months, to help them settle into Memory Care life while I was out of state. Now, for the third time, at the beginning of February 2026, I called Tess at Apex to arrange 24hr care for my Aunt who is now living alone in Memory Care. I don’t want her to be Alone during this Life changing event!
Every time I needed Apex, they have been there with Professionalism and kindness. What a Great team! I cannot say it Strong enough, that this Company is Excellent !!!
