Amazing service and all the staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend Home Instead to anyone who has a relative in need of assistance and wants to continue an independent healthy life style.
We've used Home Instead, Costa Mesa, for nearly a year to care for my in-laws. We've found the caregivers compassionate, flexible and capable. We've found management pleasant and easy to work with. All around good people.
I had the opportunity recently to meet with the Owners of the company. As another Home Instead franchise owner, I am glad to know other owners in the network care as much about their employees and the elderly in their community. This is not an easy industry in which to work, and it's nice to meet others who lead with their heart. Taking great care appears to just come naturally.
