We love our two main guys and currently while my grandma has had a change in condition, they have sent us help with only a few hours notice. They are extremely flexible and every one from the admin team (special shout out to Rio), to the caregivers and even the account receivables person, it's been a 10/10 experience. At Brookdale, the staff is caring, conscientious, and provides everything she needs to stay healthy & thriving. The executive director patiently listened to all of our concerns and went above & beyond to meet our needs! She made us feel more than supported and heard. The resident coordinator is always there and makes time for us! She makes sure Mom has everything she needs from the right meals to clean & comfortable accommodations.
