I’ve never really had a problem with any wic employee for 3 years till today, she was very rude, I just wanted to confirm my wic benefits weren’t gonna stop in November because of the government shut down!

Traveling a month from today and I need a travel specific vaccination that is not available at my primary care provider, no walk ins, called to set up an appointment and there are fully booked for the next month and they have no wait list! Lady on the phone was courteous and professional and provided phone numbers for private clinics to call as an alternative

Dr. Ning was extremely helpful and attentive to my healthcare concerns! She made me feel safe and welcome to share anything awkward or embarrassing and was helpful in giving medical advice and solutions to my problems! The front desk staff were also very helpful! All in all, with an appointment I spent about two hours here! I am so happy with my experience here:)
