I started with personal training sessions with Angelina, which helped me build confidence, and then smoothly transitioned into the group classes. I really enjoy the classes because they're all women, and Angelina is amazing--she goes around correcting form when needed, making sure everyone is getting the most out of their workouts. The atmosphere is supportive, and I feel stronger every session. I also met with Elina, the owner, who created a meal plan for me. I've been following it for the past two weeks, and I've already seen progress--my muscle mass has increased, and my % body fat has decreased in such a short time. I'm really excited to keep going on this journey and see what progress I can make! If you're looking for a welcoming, structured place to get stronger, I definitely recommend Fitnello.“

I appreciate seeing the fellow coaches taking classes along with members and support each other in their perspective sessions. So appreciate the way Coach Sarah instilling such positivity in her class -- giving you that extra dose of endurance to finish the class strong! Coach Kayla has been so attentive and understanding in offering modification so I can participate the workout safely! Coach Kristin's hands-on corrections help me so much in completing the sets with accuracy. And Coach Rosslyn's calming voice + live demo really help me pull through the challenging sessions. Highly recommend everyone to try it, and take classes with as many coaches as you can!“

Stanford Ranch Rd &, W Oaks Blvd, Rocklin“Allyson has been coming to my home for exercise sessions for about a year. After a few weeks of targeted exercise ( and better shoes) my plantar fasciitis was eliminated. My body is stronger and my endurance better (shortness of breath was a problem) giving me more time and energy to work in the yard. Allyson has also offered helpful suggestions on nutrition and supplements. Allyson has been most helpful with both my physical and emotional well being and I am very pleased with her services.“

Pros:
- Love the workouts.
- I don’t have to plan what I’m going to do or wonder if the equipment will be available at the gym.
- I know when I go I’ll be working hard the entire 45mins. Overall it’s a big time saver.
- even though it can be a bit fast paced, you can definitely lift slower/heavier if you really want to focus on strength and muscle building on their strength days so it’s customizable in that sense.
Cons:
- main reason for 4 stars, which I imagine lots of people will disagree with, is the music. It’s typical for gyms and workout classes, I’m sure, but it’s pretty vulgar. Before Christ regenerated my heart and made me new in Him, I listened to the type of music they play so I find myself constantly praying for the Lord to guard my mind before, during and after workouts.
- Along with that, even though they have an area for kids to play in (I’d say 5years and older) I wouldn’t bring my kids bc of the music. I get that they will be exposed to the ways of the world but I won’t willingly put them in a place where they are listening to that for nearly an hour, they are sponges!!!! And yes I realize it’s my choice to still attend and pay for the class… clearly this hasn’t become a dealbreaker for me yet, but would be one of the few reasons I leave if the Holy Spirit and word of God change my convictions in the future (that or investing in my own home gym set up).

I love the fact that their bathrooms are clean and I love their black card membership because I enjoy using the massage beds and chairs! If tanning is your thing, they have that too!“
“I’ve had the gratification to have Roy as my personal trainer. I’ve been working with him for the past 3 weeks and have already seen great improvements in obtaining my personal goals we discussed in the beginning ! He has me monitoring my calorie intake and is very knowledgeable when it comes to nutrition and good eating habits. And I’ve learned so much in the past weeks about technique and the various muscles that are activated during my workout routines.
Roy takes a personal interest in me achieving my goals by taking the time to answer my questions about training and diet away from the gym!
I highly recommend Roy and the other knowledgeable training members of Lifetime Fitness, Roseville for achieving your goals !
