He and his colleague came together at sharp 7.30am PT and were thoroughly professional in their communication and cleaning efforts. The full cleaning of 2 of our standard rooms took ~35mins after which the dirt spot was non-existent and the entire house carpets were as good as new! He was also kind enough to himself tell us how long to wait for the carpet to dry as well as what precautions we should take!

“Wow! Called this business at 9:45 this Saturday morning to get an estimate on deep cleaning my 8x10 area rug which has been badly soiled by my dogs. They were at my door at 11:00.The rug was really bad as was the pad underneath.I didnt expect perfection due to the extent of urine damage but they NAILED it!
