“My water heater has been on the fritz for a while now, but it finally failed this morning and wouldn't turn back on. I called 5 Star Plumbing and they were able to get a tech, Jonathan, out within a few hours of my call.
After reviewing the water heater, Jonathan offered to fix it temporarily or to install a new one. I chose to get a new one, and to my surprise he offered to install it the same day. I'm absolutely thrilled with the customer service I received and definitely want to recommend both the company and Jonathan for doing truly excellent work.”
