We had a kitchen sink clog, with water leaking from the u-pipe underneath, motor was non functional due to clog. The job was done within 30-45 mins, they did snaking and replaced damaged pipes with better and stronger material. “After paying another plumber to install a high-end Rinnai tankless water heater, I had to fire him and hire Shoreway to finish the job. Was reminded of the old saying, "if you think it's expensive to hire a professional...wait until you hire an amateur!" -- which is what I got before Shoreway came out.Jose provided great comms on the coordinating, quoting, etc. -- and Fernando installed all the final equipment like a surgeon. The first plumber whom I'd fired installed things crookedly, pipes all over the place, poor comms and never showed up to finish the work. Shoreway (Fernando) - installed professionally, neatly, minimizing use of space and running a new, clean line out of the garage. Installed water sensor in the remote bathroom and digital timer for recirculation. Hire without regret or giving it a second thought. They clearly take great pride in their work, the results of which reflect greatly on them as individuals and on their company. Yes, I paid a bit more - but well worth it.“
