I bought my water softener system from HD and found Majid online. He was very quick to respond and walked me through all the steps to get my water softener installed. He was able to schedule something for me within 3 days of initial contact and came on time.Unfortunately, after a month I experienced a leak in the system (Aquasure was able to send me a new part due to the faulty part) and again Majid was able to come by and get that reinstalled (additional fee since this wasn't covered in Majid's installation).Overall, Majid is very clear and upfront and stands by his work and I would recommend him to anyone.

City of Fremont was replacing the water meters and discovered there was leak near the meters and wanted the leak fixed before going for a meter change.Reached out to Majid as he has assisted in past. He promptly responded to phone call, took details and scheduled a visit to see the problem. Once analyzed the problem, he scheduled a visit the following day.He punctually visited and replaced the pipe that was leaking with a copper pipe. Took care of finishing the task to perfection and cleaned the surroundings. He completed the small patch of concrete that was supposed to be laid out. He flushed the water heater that was installed in the past by him, as a courtesy check....read full review
