Also, the warranty of the work was a bit unclear. When I asked, I was told the parts were warrantied for one year and the labor for 21 days, though the invoice mentions nothing about the parts warranty -- only the warranty for labor.

EDIT: One of the replacement parts was defective, so they came back out at no cost to diagnose and replace it.“
