DETAILS: went for contrast therapy- sauna and guided cold plunge. They have a lovely lounge with tea and water for after your session. Shoes off in the whole back space. Time for me to change clothes. Plastic bag provided for my wet clothes/swimsuit. Towel and robe provided for my use in the suite. Great first time deals!

EXPERIENCE: I chose contrast therapy with a guided cold plunge and 30 min sauna session as part of some research for a project. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed myself! This studio seems focused on mindfulness, as my guided session involved some breathwork, intention-setting, and general body awareness. Jordan was very lovely to work with and did a great job guiding me at every step. Once I got in the cold tub I thought I would dash right out, and I almost wanted to cry! But she verbally encouraged me to keep going. She played a song that aided in counting my breaths. Shortest few minutes of my life actually. I was shocked to find how much mental work went into staying in. Afterwards, the sauna was very appreciated!
