I would recommend them to everyone who needs to do drainage (we did French drains and drainage) but I apparently they do gardens and driveways too. They do it all. “This is a review based on my experience with John in 2023. John came on a short notice to repair our leaky kitchen drain connection. The metal pipe fitting in the wall was old but serviceable. The metal nipple screwed into it however was rusted and crumbly. John made a repair assessment that was cost effective and yet of dependable durability. He was meticulous with the main repair job and reworked surrounding disposer pipe connections that needed some attention. His fee was reasonable. I was very satisfied with the quality of his work.“

I called at 9:30pm (when I discovered my WH broke) on a Friday night and spoke to a live person (Cyrus), who set me up with a cost estimate and a time window for the very next morning to have my unit replaced! As promised, a very nice tech (Wesley) called me in the morning to say he was on his way, and behold...I had a new water heater installed by 11:30am!! Wesley was incredibly efficient, and what I liked best was his pride and praise that he had for his company. He expressed that it was a great company to work for, they care about everyone, and they treat their employees very well. “While attempting to modify my irrigation system, I ended up breaking the heavily corroded old galvanized line to my house. I was able to patch it but needed a professional fix quickly. Angel from Big Brothers plumbing came out the very next morning, provided me a reasonable estimate, and started the work that same day. And when it turned out they didn’t need to replace some of the pipe that had been earmarked for replacement, Angel was honest about it and saved me a couple thousand dollars. That kind of integrity you don’t see often. They finished the job in few hours and did great work. Shout out to Luis and Ruben as well. Highly recommend these guys, they are great people!“

“I’m a renter and our water heater started to leak all over the floor last Friday evening. I tried to reach out to local Castro Valley plumbers, but those who answered the phone were booked for week ahead. Fito was just next door in Hayward and picked up the phone around 8pm. Since we are renters, he requested to speak to the owner, and after talking to them he scheduled his crew for next day morning. His team showed up on Saturday morning on time. Water heater was over 20 years old and was not repairable. They covered the floor around the work area and proceeded with replacement. They installed the new heater on the pedestal and added new drain line so it does not flood the floor in the future. Work was done in timely manner. Very happy with their service. Our landlord mentioned that the final bill was also reasonable. Thank you!“

I compared the price to a couple of other companies on Yelp and their price looked good and they answered my questions. We made an appointment and their team came out and replaced my furnace in just a couple of hours. I got a building inspector myself to come out to give me a permit for the new furnace. The inspector took just a few seconds before signing off on the permit.“
