“Marcus and Eva are great instructors with so much knowledge about the body and proper alignment really appreciate how they both take their time to make sure each student is doing each move safely and effectively. I recently found out that they do a *gong bath* at the end of the last few classes on Fridays and Sundays and wow! I've never felt more satisfied after a Pilates class. Gong baths are like an internal massage where they clear out any negative energy left in the body and I loved every minute of it, especially after a strenuous workout!“

“I’ve always been intimidated to join a gym. Thinking of the possible presence of self-absorbed, statuesque gym goers flexing in the mirror and making workout Tik-Toks never appealed to me.Since joining Boss Fit (4 days ago ?) my gym culture outlook has done a full U-turn. I felt comfortable and welcomed from the start of my initial consult with Mario. He was so nice, encouraging and informative from the second I walked into his building. He has also built an amazing team of friendly, kind, motivational and knowledgeable trainers, along with a progressive approach to fitness and health. So far an enormous thanks to trainers Nic, Eden, Elise and Keighty (looking forward to meeting the rest) for giving me a family quality welcome into the Boss Fit community! “Method Lagree, the only workout since training/competing in Track & Field that has successfully made my abs sore! Huge shout out to Kim for teaching outstanding classes everyday for us. Kim's ballet background and feisty attitude makes for the perfect combination of slow, controlled, fun and punishing workout. I absolutely love it! The fact that all fitness levels can workout side-by-side on a machine, in a 6 person class environment and get the exact workout each person needs; is AMAZING! I highly recommend giving Kim's Method Lagree a shot. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. This is the type of workout you can continue to do as your body ages. Matter of fact until you die! Zero impact. Constant tension. Full range of motion. Mix this into your workout modalities. You won't be disappointed. Six pack, here we come. Fitness is a lifestyle, not a fad. Get out there and do the work!“

“It is one of the largest studios I've been too. There is plenty of space and the facilities were well maintained. All staff including Dane were very welcoming. They also had great music.“

“As long as a gym has punching bags, a pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna, to me that's a well equiped gym. The sauna is gender specific while the jacuzzi is co-ed. In addition to those amenities it also has a basketball court, among others. It is quite ample and has many machines for working out. I like this gym.“
