“My wife and I have been using trenchless sewer plumbing company for some time now, we have been very pleased with there professionalism, cleanliness, and fair prices and 3 weeks ago was no different we noticed a foul smell and part of the lawn raised higher than the rest of the yard right away we called Gonzalo and they came out and ran there sewer camera they showed us the cause of the problem and how bad our sewer pipes were they recommended a pipe burst method and after they thoroughly explaining to us what that was they gave us a quote we were pleased with the quote and we proceeded to move forward with the job, the next day his crew was here on time , taking the proper measures to ensure our peace of mind, by the time we realized there was two holes dug up and a hydraulic system bursting the old pipe and putting in the new pipe , a little after lunch they were washing our driveway making sure everything was put back the way we had it, my wife and I are so pleased with these guys we recommended them to all of our neighbors. “Kyle, the owner, replaced my home's central AC + Furnace yesterday - a 3 ton unit in La Palma. PROS: 1. He will tell you every tech detail -- calculation of AC size, airflow speed through vents, vent optimal sizes, heat-exchanger efficiency, ... VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE from engineering standpoint. 2. He added so many free items even without my asking for them just because he wanted to do an A+ job. Small things like a new 3-way plug to replace the old one he noticed (he didn't have to), 3. He went into the attic and readjusted the airflow of all 8 registers so now all rooms get uniform air instead of one room getting too much and one very little. This was not even part of his job. 4. Very polite, cooperative, hard-working (worked from 8:30am till 9:30pm to finish the job the same day), and professional. Issues estimates by email, sends updated invoices as you pay partial sums. 5. Always very responsive to text messages and voice calls. I get his replies within minutes and on the outside within an hour if he is busy. I support small businesses over large ones, and he is one such that we all ought to support. Supporting large business will make them even stronger and closer to monopolies, whereas supporting smaller ones spreads the wealth and increases competition.“

I was not informed about the need to empty a basket underneath the drainage cover on a weekly basis. Christian was also able to give me advice about high pressure build up in a water tank. He was polite, efficient and professional.“

The labor price was okay considering he came on Sunday morning and being called the evening before. I would use them again considering the he lives close to where the service needed to be done.“
