“It was both a relief and a pleasure to have Aaron and Alberto of Downey Plumbing Heating and A/C respond to my Homeserve service call for a blocked sewage line issue at my rental property. My tenants called a plumber that quoted a $3500 fee to repair alleged leaks and to cut out and replace sewer line piping because it was wet in the crawl space under the house. It turns out that the moisture under the house was evenly distributed and the result of the recent heavy rains. The line only needed to be snaked out and cost me nothing beyond my regular Homeserve monthly premium.
