My hot water heater cracked last weekend and Jose came that Sunday to see if he could fix it. It was obvious I'd need a new one. But my house is due for demolition in a few months, so Jose bought a used water heater that should last 6-12 months, which saved me a lot of $$$s. Installation was very reasonable, and he didn't charge extra for it being on a Sunday!All the plumbers from this company discuss and explain everything to me. They take my special circumstances into consideration (house will be demolished in 3 months). They're on time, professional, polite, and leave everything clean afterwards. I've used several other plumbers (old house) and they didn't come near to these guys!“

They rerouted my outdoor galvanized pipe, that had corroded and burst, with copper and flex line. We have shutoff’s at various junctions in the event of another broken pipe. “We called Elite to come out and snake our main sewer lines since we have a reoccurring root infiltration issue.They were able to send out a plumber same day, unfortunately he was not the most experienced fellow and did not help our situation at all (I'll leave it at that).The same night we spoke to Elijah who scheduled a technician to come out the following day. Richard showed up on time and was able to quickly clean out our pipes and get things flowing again using his hydro jet system. He was highly knowledgeable and thorough, even gave us a good price on the service.He took the extra time to explain every possible detail along the way and provided recommendations for moving forward with repairing our old pipes.I'm so pleased to have been graced with Richard (and his assistant Vincent) to properly and professionally handle the job.I look forward to working with him for our future plumbing projects and as our main technician. “Where to start? Had a bit of a leak issue. Noticed a puddle of water in my garage that was dripping from the ceiling. Ran upstairs turned the water off to the toilet. Called multiple plumbers and earliest appointment was the next day, you could tell it was closing time.Total opposite with Christian, he listened to my problem and concern and told me he would see if a tech was available. Within 10 minutes, he actually called back like he said. Along with that, he said a tech was available, but since it was after hours there was a flat rate. Before sending a tech out, he asked me to give him in detail again of what happened so if possible maybe we could troubleshoot and save time and money. Sure enough, Christian was on point! I ended up calling them back today to install a new toilet, and Alonzo and his brother Gil were prompt, professional and quick! Installed in less than an hour. Would highly recommend these guys!“
