“BERNIE IS THE BEST! My water heater started leaking, called Bernie and he walked me through the steps for the warranty.
He showed up super fast, disconnected, drained and removed the old water heater. Took it to Hone Depot, got the new one, came back, installed it, replaced the old hoses, secured the heater, waited to make sure everything was working, cleaned the area and even took the box and trash from the old and new heaters.
All that, while being super friendly and professional. Answered all of my questions with ease.

We had another plumbing company come out last week, and they told us our toilet couldn’t be unclogged with an auger that he will have to remove the toilet. Alecsi came today, took his time, kept trying different approaches, and eventually got it unclogged. He said he has 20 years of experience so he will do his best and he unclogged it.
