“This place is so close to the house I decided to give it a try. Didn't even wait an hour so came at a good time (after 5pm on a Tues). The receptionist was polite and told me what to do. It's really nice inside so don't let the outside fool you. The MA/nurse who took me back was very nice and listened to what i said and had a sense of humor too! I was seen by the doctor VERY quickly who was super cool. She eased all my concerns and answered my questions and gave me advice. Unfortunately i didnt catch her name. She made time for me instead of brushing me off. And the next day when I needed my visit notes faxed to my PCP the person did it immediately while I was on the phone! I would definitely come here again. Minimal parking because its on a busy street but clean bathrooms!“

“This was my second time at this location, the wait was not all that bad, gave me time to clean my Consol, staff was very friendly and explained throughly about test, got my results on 2 days...I’m good so far?“

“My impression is good, they form a very organized and professional team, they keep us updated on our corresponding shifts and that is very good, since this allows me to use my time better, on other things while waiting for my turn. The nurses behave very discreetly and kindly. The doctor pays attention to the patient and immediately proceeds to tests to avoid risks and have a better diagnosis. “Dr. William Lenaburg is a lifesaver. I have been coming here for roughly three years, even prior to this location becoming an Exer. I am relieved he is still here, because the quality of care he provides is excellent. He is empathetic, a great listener, and has a wide array of knowledge concerning diagnosis/ treatments. The man is clearly a veteran in the industry with great experience. The staff here are friendly, fast, and Mobile check in never takes long. I would never go to another urgent care, This is the best place in Pasadena, And I have always been in and out quickly with the help I need. Thankyou Doctor!! “On July 12, 2024, I visited Kaiser Urgent Care in Pasadena, California, and my experience was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a friendly smile by Diana, the receptionist. Her welcoming demeanor set a positive tone for my visit. I came in to address a few concerns that I needed clarity on from a medical procedure I had on July 3, 2024. The professionalism and care shown by the entire staff were incredible. Robert, the LVN, took my blood pressure and was courteous and efficient. His professionalism contributed greatly to my comfort during the visit. Dr. Chris Aghayan was outstanding. “I had to do a dot physical for work and my employer had me go to A and C urgent care in Cerritos. This was the first time I have been here everyone in the office is so nice and helpful and Jennifer the nurse P.A. is so nice and friendly. I had some trouble with the system being down to submit the forms but they kept trying all day and Jennifer called me to let me know the forms went through and had me finish the forms.
