“We recently were referred here by a friend and we were so happy with our first appointment for our two 9 month old kitties. Their annual check-up was fast, thorough, stress-free, and pleasant thanks to the front office staff, the nurse, and the vet! We also really appreciated the option to come early in the morning before work started. Our kitties were so comfortable around everyone and were very much loved and admired in return. Feeling at ease about keeping our cars in their care.“

“This is a really great place to take your canine or feline to get vaccinated, a wellness checkup or microchipped. Something I think is really cool is how you can get many vaccines plus deworming in a bundle & it decreases the pricing versus if you were to get them individually. I have a long hair chihuahua girl that's mixed with papillon. Small breed dog. So as you can imagine I wasn't able to go with the dog shield pro. However they recommended the dog shield bundle to me; which I went with & will be paying for 3 more vaccines but individually sometime soon. Very friendly employees ! Everyone there appears to be happy which is great! My pooch now has majority of her vaccines plus has been dewormed and I am very happy I'm looking forward to her being FULLY vaccinated & then lastly, spayed“

“I came here after an absolutely awful experience at Southern California Animal Hospital, and they graciously accepted me and my cat last minute for much needed xrays. I live over an hour away from SCAH and Adam's, and I very much appreciated them seeing me, especially when it was close to their lunchtime and my cat's meds had worn off, so she was SPICY. “In the mornings, there is a checker assisting in the self check out. No checker register is open no matter how long the self check line is. Finally, after several customers asked any employees about getting another register open and we're told they couldn't open one, magically, after more than 10 minutes and 10 people waiting in self check out, a register was opened.“

They’ve taken me in as a walk in when I didn’t have an appointment. Only thing I would change, I’d appreciate if they would email me a reminder of when her shots are due. I once took my dog to a vet hospital during the pandemic cuz she was having an allergic reaction to a bee sting. “Dr Yau has been the very best vet to our last two German Shepard dogs! I was referred to her by a rescue about 12 years ago, and she diagnosed and saved the older German Shepherd we had when our local vets were not really identifying the issue. When we got our next little guy and it was clear he had something serious going on, Dr. Yau was able to give us a diagnosis and treatment that has kept him in great shape and given him quality of life his whole life.
