“My regular vet couldn’t get me in for another week. Covina Animal Hospital got me in under two hours. No long waiting room wait time. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. They made sure to explain everything and answered all my questions. I even got a fallow-up call tge next day.If I had a complaint it would be the cost. But EVERTHING cost too much these says. “Update 02/16/2024: (changing 1 star to 5 star) I got a text from Rosey. The business phone system has been down and sometimes work for more than 2 weeks now. And PetDesk doesn't work if you are a new customer. Unfortunately, my account has my daughter's phone and my appointment won't link. I finally got a new appointment and will be heading there in a few weeks.From my past experience, their veterinarians are all nice and easy to communicate with. My current dog is very happy with this place. they offer neuter/spay, vaccines and also have Xray and other pet services. They also sell dog food, I believe it's all Hill Science diet.02/15/2024I currently take my dog here and want to make an appt. Using PetDesk, I never get a confirmation. I called their number and left multiple messages and no one ever called me back.I have anew dog I wan to take here but the way their customer service works, I'll just go somewhere else.“

“I needed to get the FAVN rabies titer test done for my cats to travel to Hawaii. Dr Gil was able to enroll directly with Kansas State University’s Veterinary Lab and provide the test at a more affordable rate than other vets in the Los Angeles and San Gabriel Valley area. I had the test done on 9/18 and got the results back on 10/3. Pretty quick!“

“Pet care animal hospital is very thorough with the examination of your pet there was a wound on my mothers cat's foot thought maybe he broke his foot in the bone protruded through thankfully it was just a wound no break naturally any vet visit will be expensive so be prepared for that nothing when it comes to medical care for pets is cheap veterinarians have to go to school longer than a doctor a veterinarians patience can't speak like we can so it's cheaper too be seen yourself then to have your pet scene but I would recommend this animal hospital to anyone who needs to have their pet seen“
