The only issue I have with this hospital is that they never answer the phone anymore. It has become almost impossible to get in touch with anyone. In the past, there was always someone available to answer calls, but now you can leave a message and never receive a callback.
I don’t understand how patients are supposed to schedule appointments when communication is so difficult. I know there has been a change in management, but they are really falling short in this area.
I have been bringing my dogs here since they were puppies, and because of this issue, I am now considering looking for another clinic. Making an appointment has become nearly impossible.
