“TOP NOTCH! very efficient, professional & caring staff. Dr Yau is amazing and really knows her stuff ( internal medicine) - as with any specialty hospital advanced diagnostics and tests can get expensive but they are more affordable than other speacilty places in LA area and won’t charge for something they don’t really have to do.They are very good at setting expectations and explaining everything ( especially the medical jargon ). This is Not your normal vet clinic where the techs and receptionist are usually not the best with ppl or even animals. Everyone here is great“

“Dr. Huang was great with our dog, Penny. Very compassionate and took the time to explain the options we had. Unfortunately, we ended up having to put her to sleep a week later, but Dr. Huang was very gentle and really listened to what we wanted. She allowed us all the time we needed to say goodbye. The whole staff was great! Never did I feel pushed or rushed into something. They were all very caring. I would highly recommend Dr. Huang and the staff.“
