Wonderful staff, everyone there cares about animals. They even have free water in a big dog bowl outside near a water spigot and a separate entrance for reactive/special needs dogs! Indoor and outdoor waiting as well. Seriously this is a great place only downside is the wait times but I'm pretty that's every hospital wether it be for humans or animals.
Our 5 yr old Lab has major vet-anxiety and so we have avoided taking him to the Dr for the last 3 yrs. :(
We heard great things about Amar Glen and gave them a shot. Glad we did! The entire staff truly cares for pets. They act quickly, gently and efficiently to provide care and assessment. Our lil guy got updated vaccines, bloodwork, an EKG and a really great full physical in record time. He wasn't panting or freaking out. He was incredibly cooperative. I've never seen him like that at the vet. We'll be taking him back for additional services in the near future. Thanks to the great team at Amar Glen!
People are great and they take care of your pets. Because it's first come first serve, you're likely to wait a couple of hours if you arrive on a Saturday. But that's also the benifit that you don't need an appt. Consult is affortable. Items do add up quick on the vet bill and you're out the door a couple hundred dollars later. But is still more affordable than others vet offices. I recommend bringing your pets here. But be patient.
