Modesto Kitchen and Bath are one of 3 contractors we chose to bid on a master bathroom project. We selected them for their expertise, experience, and where they landed in our budget. Our project was a complete tear-down with the exception of a tub. We also wanted a fair amount of tile in a room that included many angles. Additionally, we had the project planned out down to the trim and grout type to be used. Steve and his crew expertly handled every aspect of the job. A complete bathroom remodel including removing the lathe and plaster walls. Great job! Excellent communication and craftsmanship. They started the job and didn't go off on other projects, just stayed with it.
MKB did a Kitchen remodel for us ~2 months ago. We were thrilled with the experience and the outcome was fantastic. From the initial meeting with Steve to the follow on with Daisy (In house designer) to the detailed drawings and estimate and the rework with attention to detail before beginning to build was exceptional.
