It was like a Shohei Ohtani signing event was taking place here as there were a MULTITUDE of people waiting for labs this morning. Every seat was occupied plus people standing and in wheelchairs. So if you thought Tuesday mid morning was a good time to go..... no.

Both female techs who drew blood for Dad & Mom; the pretty Asian young lady and the older funnier Asian lady, were super efficient, kind and gentle. Thank you to them!“

“I am very content with my urgent care visit here this Saturday morning. My son needed to be seen for a cough and we were in and out within 2 hours without an appt. If you already have an account established, you can make an appt same day which is nice. Every staff member was nice and knowledgeable. Radiology and lab are readily available if needed. The waiting room is pretty big with good vending machines. Thank you Dr Baffoe - Bonnie for your attentiveness and bedside manner. I would happily come back here for urgent care needs.“

Unlike most doctors offices that try to rush you out as soon as they can, here I’m always seen quickly and they take their time answering all my questions. So far they have gone above and beyond to try to be helpful. I really cant understand some of the negative comments here, maybe they just weren’t prepared?“
