It’s hard to find a good veterinarian that you can trust for your Dog I found Dr. Ross Excellent veterinarian he gives you options on what to do with the situation with yr dog because it could get very expensive also When I called to make apt Billy answered he is One of the Nicest People that I have met that works in the office he Trimmed my dogs nails, he did an awesome job very caring and listens to you he Deserves a raise lol actually their whole staff Are very nice when you walk in there caring And with the smile that’s important when you Are worried about your pet that needs love and care and they have it there.
The staff is top notch and very friendly! They're super responsive and thoroughly examine issues and provide feedback.
Not bad. Worth going with you are local in the area but there are hospitals where vets are more social and friendly, do more comprehensive examination on patients (longer and checking more body areas) and don’t seem to try to cut the visit shorter. Front desk and tech are great though, much better than VCA! Will continue with VCA for now because our vet there is amazing but I’m open to return here if needed in the future (:
