“What a great experience! I have been sick as a dog and needed to go to urgent care to get some relief from my symptoms. Everybody at the facility in Orinda was amazing, competent, caring, and thorough. I am highly impressed! Sauna, who was the person at the front desk was super helpful and clearly explained the process for me to see someone. I came in with a very bad cough and cold and because these could be signs of Covid, she explained that I needed to be seen outdoors by the staff. All I had to do is drive around to the back parking lot where they had set up tents for the staff to see the patients.. Stephanie was the intake nurse and she was great. And probably the biggest shout out should go to Dr. Bueno. He was super thorough and insisted I get a chest x-ray to rule out pneumonia, and wanted me to get a strep throat culture taken as well as Covid test. Within a very short time, all my tests were completed and the results came back. Dr. Bueno got me prescriptions to alleviate my symptoms. He is a fantastic doctor and was very reassuring that I would be on the road to recovery soon. Not that I wanna be sick, but if I am again, I will definitely go back to Sutter urgent care in Orinda,.“

“Not sure why it says the location is closed on here, but I just went here today for a consultation with Dr. Liang. The SF location had closed and I had always been going there because I was always so pleased with their flexibility and services. When I found out the only location was in Oakland I made the special trip just to go to this clinic and I had the best experience. Dr. Liang took the time to diagnose me and talk to me about my symptoms and then how to proceed with medication (turns out I have bronchitis and an infection, nothing too serious) he was very attentive, friendly, professional, and thorough. The prices were very affordable and reasonable for someone who doesn't have health insurance. I strongly recommend this clinic if you ever want to get quickly checked out or for anything else! “Not the worst, not the best. Waited almost 2 hours to be seen. Thankfully I came in for a very straightforward issue that just needed antibiotics. Can't speak of a more urgent or complicated issue being treated here, but while I waited they did refer some people to the ER so it seems not every case can be seen here.“

“Nice place! Highly recommend :) Clean and comfy waiting area, friendly and helpful staff. I’m from out of state and got lost finding my way there, had to call and let them know I would be late for my appointment. They were very accommodating to the mixup and I didn’t have to wait long at all once I did arrive. Both the nurse and PA were quick yet attentive, I didn’t feel rushed along like at most Urgent care facilities. The PA was thorough and although I did not have a bacterial infection (as I thought was the chance), she kindly prescribed something for my pain and let me know to call if I needed anything else. Thanks so much for the good care!“

“I spent 45 minutes this morning trying to find another urgent care clinic that was covered by my daughters Medi-Cal plan, just because of the miserable reviews of this urgent care. Finally we went in, and we had a great experience. Check-in staff was super nice and helpful and got us in as a walk/in appointment instantly. Nurse was very friendly with my 3-year-old and skilled at testing kids. Dr. Shic came in and explained the test results and we were on our way.“
“We walked in and they told us they only schedule urgent care appointments but we're able to schedule us an appointment 30-45 minutes later. Which is what I'd expect to wait for care in America at a minimum so that was no problem.They saw us at the time they said. Gave good advice and went smooth.They are in the Cigna network in case that helps anyone, but be sure to check with your provider or call ahead to confirm.“
