NEVER EVER GO THROUGH SANTA CLARA VALLEY HEALTH!!! Any of their locations are horrible. It's clearly visible at the healthcare professionals and offices administrators. Do not want to do their job on top of that. They were wrongfully charge you for procedures that you are covered under insurance and then blame you for not having the money to pay it Leslie Allen a nurse practitioner came in never said she was a nurse practitioner acted like the actual OB, and started to do all these procedures, asking me questions for my online medical record, even though I already filled it out, also she wouldn't even enter the correct answer to the questions for my medical records. I made a joke to the lab person about her getting me so much blood out that they should pay me ? stupid joke . She responded “ what else do you want ? This is for free , you’re not paying any co-payment “ these labs test cost lots of money …… am I right you’re not paying a cent ? I say yes I’m not paying but it was a stupid joke ? I felt humiliated! I didn’t say anything at the moment because I know better and was time for me to be quiet . But I think the people who works in this kind of hospital where you have lots of charity work even though medical is paying them , should have more compassionate workers . DO NOT GO HERE!!! Dr. Renu Gandhi diagnosed my son with the wrong diagnosis, give my son the wrong medication. And then denied doing it. And then when I confronted her about it, she said that she never did that she had another nurse inside the room. The urgent care called me. Her name was Jennifer Gallagher. She spoke to me and told me that Dr. Gandhi gave my son the wrong medication along with the wrong diagnosis that we need to give him a new medication as soon as possible DO NOT GET HERE PLEASE YOU NEED TO PROTECT YOUR CHILDREN AND YOURSELF FROM MEDS THAT PROBABLY AREN'T FOR YOU.
