I arrived to the clinic at 2pm for a physical for my job. I was quoted a three hour wait. This is the second consentra I have been to that has told me the same thing. If you're in need of a physical for your job I recommend going anywhere else. I have seen shorter times at the emergency room...

Excellent customer service! Therapists are very courteous, friendly, & helpful! I am very thankful. Thank you to Bermann Vertusma, Samuel Castillo, Marissa Ruiz, Ms. Cassandra & Ms. Wilma from front desk, they all took care of my well being seriously & diligently. I had a scheduled visit but still waited over an hour, however Maya sped things up for me, was delightful and efficient! You really have great employees! She is the gold standard there!
