Valley Health Center Moorpark is a healthcare facility that offers services in Adult Medicine, Internal Medicine, OB/Gyn, and Maternal Fetal Medicine, as well as Urgent Care Services. The center is known for its friendly and highly qualified team of doctors and nurses who deliver quality care no matter how crowded. Patients feel cared for and not rushed during their visits. The facility is conveniently located, though parking is a big problem, so plan accordingly. Patients are advised to have a trusted doctor who listens and understands their concerns. The Urgent Care Services are available from Monday to Sunday, except for Thanksgiving and December 25th.
Wonderful Providers all thru out the bldg. Wall to wall.kindness. Very genuine organic feel. My oppion is this is a great medical facility. The folks are special. When I find the words to express what I wanna say I will share my thoughts here.

Parking was very a few steps from the building
Checking in was very quick waiting time not even 5 minutes DR. Lee she was above and beyond her and her assistant and ECG VERY Professional
And polite
So on my way out my Prescription was ready at the pharmacy

Treat patients very well (myself), in the back office. Doctor's and nurses deliver quality care no matter how crowded. However, the front office (receptionist) are pretty cold/dismissive depending on ur appearance. I can always tell while in line waiting my turn, the smile automatically disappears and they seem irritated of my presence. This is after first ignoring me while they gossip (have to show their power). After about 10 times, I share with my doctor, then they become over-helpful. That's too bad 👎
Pharmacy is worst, especially women working in the back..No help with the mile long line, receptionist is all alone. God forbid anyone has a question!
