One of the worst places especially the urgent care waiting. There is no method to the madness of waiting.you wait outside for 2 hours min and then another hour inside the doctor's room. Worst experience. You might do some home remedies rather visiting the useless institution that is PAMF Fremont. Not even worth a star.

I wish to give zero stars if there is an option. NO EMPATHY FOR STAFF- BIG FLAG. Receptionists to nurses to doctors, everybody- NO EMPATHY. This happened in Fremont location. I have a general phy who was very hesitant to give me medical approval for work even though she saw how much I am suffering. She shows faces and was uncomfortable and rude when I went there with severe hives. After back and forth she agrees and gives medical leave approval but and goes on vacation with incomplete paperwork. So far my experience with my healthcare specialist at PAMF has been great ! But the racism I received from the ophthalmology department schedulers and front desk receptionist has been deplorable therefore I'm switching my healthcare provider over to carbon health. They make high quality Health Care accessible to everyone. My ophthalmologist has been an excellent healthcare provider, but her schedulers and her front desk receptionist are racist, as an African-American they make me feel unwelcome at PAMF therefore I could no longer receive healthcare from Sutter Health.
