I loved Concentra!Especially the specialist Chiropractor Dr. Alfred Ueda.He is outstanding experienced Chiropractor I never seen my life! I had multiple injuries he fixed them all !!! And anytime he explained about muscle that I have injury, gave me instructions for work out! I wished I could give him 10 stars Now, I am back to work! Well I was supposed to go there for a physical and drug screening for employment.I called to make an appointment they said they had no room for physicals today maybe I can call at 5:00 so I called at 5:00 and they told me oh we don't take appointments after 5:00 only during regular business hours 8:00 to 5:00 but their telephone service is he can walk in so I walked in the next day. They did the drug screening and told me that I have to come back to do the physical when my employer sent me an epassport for both so now I had to report back to the employer to get another barcode blah blah blah anyways they made me an appointment for 11:00 two days after that gave me the...read full review

Staff are pleasant, positive attitude and provided quality care.Waiting time is a bit long.Only issue is delayed in answering phone calls.Am trying to call Fremont Concentra from past 20mins and no one’s answering the call (call time 5:40PM on 11/1/23).
