The staff is really welcoming and kind, helpful, informative, super friendly, and efficiently quick. The facility is very clean and new, with a large waiting room and plenty of seating. Many have received excellent care, with one patient recalling life-saving assistance from Dr. Giddens. The clinic is praised for its quick service, though there can be a wait without an appointment. Overall, Concentra Urgent Care is recommended for its caring staff and effective treatment.
This place is very clean and very new! The staff is really welcoming and kind, big shout out to the Justin C. the nurse who helped us out, very kind, attentive and caring, definitely made our time here better.
First time visiting over the weekend. Appreciate this center being open on Saturday. Staff was amazing! Helpful, informative, super friendly, and efficiently quick getting me in and out faster than any other center I’ve been to before. Would recommend and happily return!
I had to come here twice for a physical and TB test for my job.
Everyone was extremely nice and patient. Seemed like everyone was in a good mood and enjoyed being there! :) I let a student nurse handle my TB test and she did brilliantly. No pain at all. You can tell they all really care. Facility was clean and maintained. Waiting room was large, with plenty of seating. They have a TV to keep you occupied while you wait.
I will say, if you don't have a set appointment, get here AS EARLY as you can. I waited for two hours before finally being seen, as there were many people who showed up earlier and others who had appointments. And it took about thirty minutes...read full review
