Many have received excellent care, with one patient recalling life-saving assistance from Dr. Giddens. The clinic is praised for its quick service, though there can be a wait without an appointment. Overall, Concentra Urgent Care is recommended for its caring staff and effective treatment.
Very professional, fast service, they have enough people to help or take care of patients in a very busy place, I would recommend this place to my family and friends and goes above and beyond just to make sure you are taken care of
Processing was quick, staff is nice, and shot was easy. I went in for a pre employment screening and everything was orderly and easy. Went back to get results and they gave me the documentation and forwarded the results to the background verification company
From the minute I walked into the facility both female receptionist were consistently polite and professional, making me feel welcomed and valued the moment I walk in. Also the female nurse was very polite friendly and competent and answered every question I asked with outstanding professionalism. Definitely will be returning in the future.
