I recently called/visited this location to proactively ask a question about updating my vaccines after a recent illness, as flagged on my patient portal. The pharmacist on duty today at 4:50PM was incredibly dismissive and condescending. Instead of kindly explaining that flu vaccines are seasonal and out of stock for the summer, she spoke down to me and told me I 'must do research' instead of relying on my portal.

I was feeling really lost today trying to figure out my insurance and whether I could keep my upcoming appointment with my preferred primary care doctor. ASHLEY went above and beyond by calling and navigating the insurance issues for me, ensuring I wouldn’t miss my appointment. She was incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and understanding. Such a kind and knowledgeable person—I’m so grateful for her assistance. I went to my first appointment because I'm pregnant and it was wonderful! Everyone is very friendly, the waiting time was very short. They explain it to you in detail and both the nurses and doctors are very professional and kind.
Definitely exceeded my expectations
