From the moment I waltzed into the studio, I knew I was in for a treat – and a workout!The instructors here are like Pilates wizards, waving their magic wands (or maybe just resistance bands) and ensuring every move counts. They genuinely care about proper technique and form, which is a game-changer for someone like me who struggles with executing a proper crunch.The atmosphere is incredibly inviting; it's like your abs are receiving a warm hug (as Jen would say).Now, let's chat about the "no-show policy." Yes, there's a fee, and yes, it stings a bit. But trust me, it's a small price to pay for the guilt trip you'd embark on if you bail. The instructors put so much effort into crafting these classes, and you wouldn't want to miss out on the Pilates party they've got going on. Plus, they're kind of like the cool kids in school – you want to impress them by showing up, and it's totally worth it.So, buckle up (or should I say, tighten your core) and join the Pilates parade at this studio. “I have been a member at Labarre for 5+years. I was introduced by a friend and haven't left. It's hands down the best studio I've been to. It is extremely clean, involved in the community and offers a variety of classes and services.The owner Lisa is very involved and holds a high standard. The instructors are all very genuine, skilled and personable. The sense of community and support is refreshing. I look forward to going to my daily class. “I have been taking private Pilates lessons from Maya for a little over a year now and have been more than happy with how it's gone. Maya is extremely professional, organized, and prompt. Her studio is always very clean and she is 100% focused on you during the entire time. To my surprise we have never repeated the same routine in a session which is almost impossible to do:) You can tell she puts a lot of thought and creativity into each session and tailors the sequence of exercises to your needs. I met Maya as I was recovering from a shoulder injury and she was very attentive to any issues or discomfort I had and carefully worked to modify the movements so I was able to gain strength and flexibility within my limitations. I must say that the doing the Pilates with Maya helped build my confidence and ability with regards to my injury. Maya always had a clear plan for our sessions but was always open to my individual requests or suggestions and you could tell her top priority was to check in with how my body was feeling that day. It was also clear to me that she keeps herself current with new and innovative tools and techniques for Pilates, takes classes herself, and also trains other teachers. Maya is a great find and I highly recommend seeking her out. She offers individual and group sessions.“

“I was introduce to Soul Pilates during 2020 when Simone hosted pandemic-friendly HIIT Pilates in the Park. I loved the way Simone effortlessly leads! She gives clear instructions and demonstrations for each exercise, and as someone recovering from injuries--I need those modifications that she also offers.I joined the studio for a 10-day abs challenge, and I was HOOKED day 1! I experienced that my planks drastically improved through that challengeFirst of all, the studio is so cute that even the bathroom is pretty! Simone instructs and so effectively pushes you at the same time! I can't wait to come back for more!“

“I would highly recommend trying Sagar hot yoga. I occasionally do yoga to stretch so I am not regular. I was pleasantly surprised when the teacher remembered me and guided me during practice even though I showed up after almost a month.The teachers are pleasant and good guides who want you to get better. The studio is clean and well maintained. I got a chance to meet the owner too who checked in on me.If you're looking for a positive environment, good teachers and a class that will make you sweat, this is it. Good luck.“
