Washing machine stopped working, called Mike on a Sunday and he arrived promptly as scheduled on the same day. He efficiently diagnosed and fixed the issue with the machine, getting it back to working order within the hour. 10/10.
I got new shoes and they had been killing my feet so I stopped by to try this place out. I got the 1 hour half body half foot massage and it was one of the best massages I've ever had. Cindy was able to not only make my foot stop hurting but she also fixed a crick in my neck that I had just kind of learned to live with. The massage was a unique combination of deep tissue and Thai massage techniques which were all perfect. I'm a bigger guy whose back is always very tense and I left that place feeling light as a feather and like I was walking on air. Absolutely the best massage in the peninsula hands down and I will be back probably next week.

I have been with Max for 16 years. I don't live in the area but will make the drive to see him. I have gone to local peeps but always end back to his salon. He knows my hair, what works for me. I get my highlights, color and cut from him. Plus he's such a great human as well and enjoy the conversation and experience.

Called Frank for a last minute cut for my dad. We were able to see him 30 minutes later. I guess my dad's a regular and the banter that goes on with him and Frank, hahaha! Frank is very good natured and gives a great haircut. Thanks to Frank and his associate

My barber went on a 3-month vacation back in September, which left this guy searching for a substitute. Luckily right down the street was a bonafide men's barbershop, complete with barber pole outside. "Binh" is the man behind the barberchair and he is excellent. He told he was Old School and been cutting hair for over 30 years. Nice. I asked for a razor fade and got a proper razor fade (neck, line up, etc). He is a master with the straight razor. I like him so much I am considering making him my permanent barber. Here is the pricing.

I arrived early and she took me straight away, helped me recover from a terrible acrylic job from a different salon, and did a beautiful job with a new dip set. She listened, cared for me well, and was so kind and gentle. I’m so happy with the outcome and the prices are great to boot. I’ll definitely be back for my next set and would highly recommend! I have been going to Trish for about 10 years , wish I can give her business more than 5 stars. I always leave with exactly how I want my nails to look. These are my real nails, no tips. She gets my nails so strong and naturally long. it's always perfection. She is a true artist and a perfectionist when it comes to your nails. She has great relationships with her continuous clients that come in, always very professional. Her staff also have a great following. I can't recommend Diva nails enough. All my family and best friends go to her too. She's not just my nail tech, she's family
I've been going here for well over a year now. To think, I only stopped in to it due to it being downstairs from the gym and I've never loved a place more. Ask for Keit, or Kevin, and you won't be disappointed. He always goes above and beyond. I've presented him with the weirdest ideas, or "inspiration" and I always leave with nails I love. Side note; I'm a drag queen in my spare time, and these nails are solid. I put them through handstands and cartwheels frequently and they don't chip or break.

Kathy is a perfectionist, she is excellent in her trade and only uses the very best permanent ink. I see her about every 15 years for a touch up on my eye liner. It will be a shame if she ever decides to retire
Been going here for over 5years and has always been good service and my #1 go-to for taking care of my skin. I love my microdermabrasion and skin tightening or LED light treatment. And a bonus face massage always feels amazing.
Lisa cuts my hair and she does great! When I first went here i just got a trim and it was perfect. The second time Lisa convinced me to cut all my dead ends off and I also got curtain bangs and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED how my hair looked when I cut the dead ends off! Lisa does a great job!

This has been my go to salon in the Bay Area since my senior year of high school . I have a main stylist (Kathy), but have gotten haircuts from all of them and they all do a fantastic job. Despite my hairstyle changing throughout the years, Kathy always deliver. I haven't had a complaint in all the years that I've been here. On top of the service and the price, there is a community here. Kathy has been there for my high school graduation haircut, all the way to the haircut for my first interview. The hair stylists here are all friendly, and we converse like they're all my aunties and uncles. I also see other people coming in talking to the hair stylists as best friends would. I would definitely give this place a shot if you haven't already. I love this place. PS it is cash only, and if you have a reference photo, it would be really helpful!

What a great experience! I had not been to the dentist is an embarrassing about of time, Andrea at the front desk is amazingly efficient, polite and just easy to work with. I was quickly scheduled and went in today for X-rays and cleaning. Eric, the dental hygienist made the experience extremely comfortable and did an amazing job cleaning my long over due teeth! I highly recommend this office!
Dr. Tsai is the best dentist I’ve ever had. She’s not only incredibly skilled, but also so thoughtful and patient. I’ve never felt rushed or uncomfortable with her, she always explains everything clearly and makes sure I understand my options. At my last cleaning, she even fixed two small chips in my teeth right then and there, without charging me. It was such a kind gesture and really showed how much she cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. Every visit has been smooth, and I always leave feeling taken care of. Her whole team is also amazing, welcoming, professional, and super accommodating. I would really recommend her services.

It's only my 3rd visit with Dr Balch but he is the one I will continue to visit from now on with my neck issues. He's great with doing my adjustments, I also get back massages, I love the muscle stimulating machine and most of all, the new traction machine! I highly recommend him & his staff.

The shop environment is beautiful, comfortable, warm, and tidy. The massage therapists have excellent overall techniques ?? ！ Every time I come and finish the massage, my whole muscle relaxes!
Saw Dr. Ho a while back and neglected to write this. It would be 5 stars were it not for one thing that happened. I got positive results in that it seemed to reduce the pain for which I went to see him and though it stopped working after a while, I don't attribute this to his practice but to that my system seems to get desensitized no matter the type of intervention. He is a man of few words and has a lot of confidence in his demeanor, which is fine, not that I wanted him to say any more than he was. Either it's his nurse or his receptionist, which might be his wife, who after the needles have been for a while, comes in and removes the needles. The office is centrally located and clean and neat inside, looking more like a house with a long narrow corridor and multiple rooms. The cost for services seems like the rate for this area, and though he does other stuff like cupping, I never got that done (only acupuncture). Once, what happened is: I walked there and back from my house, and as I was walking back from the acupuncture, noticed a horrific pain in my right calk. I never lifted my pant leg to see, I just kept walking. That's totally on me and my mistake. I should've stopped to see WTF was the matter. It wasn't till I got home and took off my pants, that I saw the needle still in my calf! He normally put needles all up and down my body,, and tbh, I always closed my eyes so never knew the exact locations. When I saw that needle, I freaked out, took it out. Called their office and massively complained. I was shocked that they were not more apologetic, and rather matter of fact. Huh? Is this a thing of such frequency in the acupuncture world that my reaction is overkill? Not sure. But still, it would've been nice to get a profuse apology and remorse/regret, but I didn't. I did go back after that, and in that visit, mentioned again the incident with the needle left in my calf, and he didn't seem all that bothered. Not long after that, a few visits more and I stopped.

I've had acupuncture needles stuck in me since I was 1-2 years ago and have had a couple of acupuncturist in my own family. I have also lived in China for a couple years with the intent to attend the Beijing Acupuncture University back in the 80's. Needless to say, I have a lifetime of experience with the art of acupuncture and know who's good and who's not.Dr. Richard is an excellent acupuncturist and skilled at TuiNa Medical massage/acupressure. His skills are China taught (way much better than those trained anywhere else). How do you know the difference? Most US trained acupuncturist are afraid to go to the depth of where the needles need to reach to be most effective.I've been seeing Dr. Richard for many many years and I won't see anyone else. Him and his wife are a delight to see and they make it very convenient for when I need to come in (even on the same day). Don't waste your time on the others.... make your appointment today and don't trust reviewers that don't have any experience with the Art of Acupuncture. Happy health : )
