I've been meaning to write a review for a long time. Laura is terrific! She gives me a great haircut every time, and she's always a pleasure to deal with. I like their reservation system, and haven't had any problems with it. The haircut cost is very reasonable. I've referred two friends to Laura, both of whom have been delighted with her work.

was helped by Tom (in Millbrae CA); he cut my hair shorter than I thought I wanted it (but he told/asked me if it was ok before he did it, I agreed); I got such nice compliments from friends & family and I was so pleasantly surprised that he knew what would look better on me than what I thought I knew! Received the text to come to the store. Arrived on time and I had already been removed from the list. Thankful the staff was able to squeeze me in in a reasonable time. Unsure why my name had been removed so soon.
