First off, they came out on a Saturday afternoon, to Half Moon Bay, within about three hours of us reaching out to them. Mike was fantastic. Couldn’t believe he had the part with him that we needed. He was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Was clean, neat, thorough & very professional. Will definitely use him for more than just a refrigerator, he can handle all our appliances. Thanks, Mike.
Amazing service. Arrived same day and within 30 minutes had correctly diagnosed and fixed the dishwasher. A different company had said a part was needed and would take 2 weeks to get it but clearly that was not true as shown by these guys.
