I highly recommend Lutz Plumbing. I learned of the company through the recommendation of a friend. I've worked with Lutz Plumbing several times over the past 10 years or so, and they've always done solid work. In the most recent experience, plumbing work was needed on a shower in the condo above mine. The neighbor requested access through the ceiling of my condo to their shower's plumbing. Phil of Lutz Plumbing coordinated the work, involving plumbing and tile work for the neighbor's shower, and sheetrock work (open up access holes in ceiling, close access holes, patch and paint) for my condo. Phil is THE BEST. He is honest, patient, knowledgeable. He is the only plumber I will ever use. He is the utmost in professionalism and communication. If Phil ran City Hall, our city would be better run. I cannot speak more highly of him. He intervened personally with our incredibly difficult (this is understatement, btw) downstairs neighbors and convinced them to let us do crucial and necessary plumbing in our unit- the fact that he would do this just shows how skilled he is not only with his trade but with communication. I’ve had 2 experiences with Lutz Plumbing, both times with their Service Technician, Isaac. Isaac is always extremely courteous and professional. He arrives on time, cleans up his work area before leaving, and has always provided tips/maintenance advice before leaving.It goes without saying, he successfully completed both jobs that he has done for us. (Replace an old water heater and fix a couple toilet issues.)Services: Toilet repair
