After seeing a moldy spot on our downstairs ceiling, we realized that a leak that was supposedly repaired by a contractor back in October was leaking again. After waiting 3 weeks for the contractor to come back we called Works Plumbing and they came out within 2 days. Wilfredo did a great job in explaining why the leak came back (wrong fitting) and took care of the problem. Great customer service. We used Works a few years ago for another problem. Hopefully we won't have any more issues but if we do, Works is who we'll call.
Jorge was fantastic! He came out to waterjet my lines and did an excellent job. Not only did he take care of the issue, but he also took the time to answer all my questions and explain in detail how my whole system works. I really appreciated how patient and knowledgeable he was. I would absolutely recommend works plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work!
I called and said that I needed to have my toilet unstopped. They were very helpful and the service man was very knowledgeable about my problem. He removed it and ran a snake, unstopped it and replaced it in an hour.
