After few sessions with Vid I felt significantly better. He was able to put together a functional approach that includes everything needed in a structured way in order to get successful results and find root cause of issues.
He meticulously did comprehensive tests to figure all problematics area and checked the status of my spine and hip through x-ray imaging. I like that approach as it allows to be sure about what’s going on without speculation and confirm the right path to follow.
His approach includes various massage techniques, chiropractic adjustments, stretching strength and strength exercises. I am able to fix my issues generated by years of office work. As an athletic person doing high intensity sports his approach also allows to get to the next level and having my muscles work together in more efficient way and also breathing more efficiently as I workout. His treatment helps my body to function in a very powerful and efficient way and brings together what an athlete needs to get to a higher level.
He is also helping to improve strong foundation so the body is more resilient to training. Working with Vid is really life changing and addressing deeply my needs without a gap. Working with Vid requires to do the work needed at home and during sessions also constantly showing up the appointments.

You just need to make the appointment the night before. I've had mostly good experiences with the doctors here too. The facilities are nice and new.“

I had lumbar surgery 25 years ago, did not want another, and had seen specialist MDs (including prednisone pills and epidural cortisone injections), lots of physical therapy, and chiropractor during this past year, to no avail. I did get some improvement from an anti-inflammatory diet, but what has really helped me get my life back (in only 4 sessions) is the treatment from Stephania - especially the deep tissue massage. They took the time to wholeheartedly address my concerns about the troubling state of my shoulder.
Fifteen years ago, orthopedic specialists identified me as having advanced glenohumeral osteoarthritis. They strongly recommended surgical intervention to alleviate my persistent symptoms, along with the stern advice to avoid heavy weightlifting altogether. Despite their warnings, I chose to pursue my exercise routine with passion, determined to maintain my strength and fitness.
However, a recent series of unexpected health challenges led to a significant decline in my mobility, which only intensified the discomfort in my shoulder. While I was grateful to be free from pain at rest, I could feel a nagging discomfort during my weightlifting sessions, particularly during pull-ups, where the strain became all too evident.
Dr. So, along with resident Dr. Voss, proposed a targeted physical therapy regimen aimed at enhancing peri-scapular stabilization and muscle strengthening. My seven sessions with Caspary-Isar felt like a breath of fresh air.
