I’ve been seeing Shah for about seven years now, and he has been an incredible gift in my life. I have an S-curve scoliosis, with both curves measuring around 48 degrees, and Shah has been instrumental in my lifelong journey of pain management and preventing further progression. I truly don’t know what I would do without him. His knowledge and kindness are unmatched. I only wish I had found him in my teens—back when more progress might have been possible, instead of being steered toward surgery by orthopedic surgeons who rarely offered alternatives.
I was recommended by my doctor to see Shah for an injury to my cervical spine. I had a whiplash injury that caused me to lose the natural curve of the spine. Shah helped through gentle manipulations to get back that curve. He was very careful with the lack of strength I had in my neck and shoulders to give me exercises that would not cause further injury.
