“I am so happy to have found Jess after I started having so serious lower back pain during my third trimester. Jess is so very caring, patient and great in what she does. She taught me a number of tricks and exercises that reduced my pain level while getting in and out of bed. Later on she also taught me how to correctly oft and hold a baby, and some good practices during delivery. By following her instructions and doing breathing and massaging exercises at home, I was able to deliver my baby boy (first one!) yesterday with just 1 hour of pushing and almost no tearing!
