This review is long overdue. My daughter (10 years old) has been working with Sonia at Healthy Pelvis for pediatric pelvic physical therapy for constipation and leakage. I'm in my second pregnancy and despite knowing I'm having a c-section, I have had a lot of sciatica and discomfort, so decided to check out Healthy Pelvis PT with Jess. To my surprise, it's made a world of difference, and even after my first meeting, I feel better than I have my whole pregnancy. She helped release a lot of the tension in my hips and showed me some strengthening exercises. I'm really happy I took the leap and decided to invest in this. I look forward to continuing after birth as well.

She knew what the issue was right away and gave me a set of exercises and tips that significantly lessened the pain and helped me survive that last trimester. After delivery, I was unsurprisingly diagnosed with diastasis recti again and this time, I landed in the severe territory. I was resigned to the high possibility...read full review
